Target audience

Ecommerce, acquisition, merchandising, CRO, UX and CRM teams wishing to progress with the use of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and analyze the performance of their ecommerce platforms.

Prerequisites

For the basic modules, a good knowledge of the web and emarketing is required, validated by taking a quiz before the course.For other modules, the prerequisite is the level of a previous module, validated by a quiz.

Module 2: Piano Analytics – Data visualization

Level: Beginner | Duration: 2h

Learn how to use the predefined reports and the main metrics and dimensions available in Piano Analytics.

Objectives:
1. Present the main Piano Analytics reports
2. Get to grips with data visualization functionalities
3. Identify the main visualization modes in relation to requirements

Module 3: Piano Analytics – Data Query & segmentation

Level: Intermediate | Duration: 2h

Get to grips with the new “Data Query” analysis module and learn how to segment your audience to give meaning to your analyses.

Objectives:
1. Understand segmentation concepts
2. Get to grips with the ‘Data Query’ functionality
3. Identify the main use cases according to your needs

Module 4: Piano Analytics – Key analyses & workspace usage

Level: Intermediate | Duration: 2h

Go further with workspaces and learn how to build dashboards for you and your team.

Objectives:
1. Present the key analyses to perform for an ecommerce site using Piano Analytics
2. Get to grips with the workspace interface for analyses with Piano Analytics
3. Identify the main analysis corresponding to your needs

Module 5: Piano Analytics – Data collection

Level: Advanced | Duration: 2h

Understand how data is collected and processed in Piano Analytics to improve the relevance of your analyses.

1. Understand the main data collection modes in Piano Analytics
2. Deepen your understanding of the data model
3. Identify the main cases of data collection to meet analysis needs

Module 6: Piano Analytics – Configuration

Level: Advanced | Duration: 2h

Take control of your Piano Analytics account configuration to customize your interface and data model.

Objectives:
1. Introduce data and interface configuration options on Piano Analytics
2. Identify the main data model and site configuration functions
3. Identify main user management features

Learning assessment

A multiple-choice questionnaire is sent to all participants at the end of each training module.
A score of at least 70% is required to validate learning and move on to the next module. A training certificate is sent to each participant for the completed modules once the training is finished.
